Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Grease 9 2 inch muffins cups, dust with flour.
Mix together sifted flour, bran, baking powder and salt.
In separate mixing bowl, beat coconut oil with brown sugar, until light and fluffy. Blend in milk, egg, and molasses.
Stir in dry ingredients until just moist.
Gently stir in frozen raspberries if desired.
Divide batter evenly.
Bake in over for 12-15 minutes or until tops are firm to the touch or a took pick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes before removing muffins from tin.
