Steps

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Add all ingredients to a food processor.
3Process for a few minutes, scraping down sides periodically to combine all ingredients into a soft smooth and creamy mixture.
4Transfer cookie dough into a bowl and add optional add in ingredients.
5Use a small cookie scoop or tablespoon to drop cookies onto parchment paper or silicone liners.
6Bake for 20 minutes until lightly browned. They will stay be soft on the inside. Be careful at this point because if you leave them in longer, they brown very quickly after 20 minutes. Check every 2 minutes.
7Cool on cookie sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
