Mix yeast and warm water, let sit for about 10 min.

Add salt, butter, honey and combine.

Slowly add flour until blended together. Knead with mixer (3 min) or by hand (10 min).

Form dough into a ball, and place in an oiled bowl. Cover with a towel. Let rise for 30 -40 minutes.

Punch down dough. Knead again, adding rosemary, garlic, and parmesan.

Let sit for 30 minutes more. Then bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
