Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix yeast and warm water, let sit for about 10 min.
2Add salt, butter, honey and combine.
3Slowly add flour until blended together. Knead with mixer (3 min) or by hand (10 min).
4Form dough into a ball, and place in an oiled bowl. Cover with a towel. Let rise for 30 -40 minutes.
5Punch down dough. Knead again, adding rosemary, garlic, and parmesan.
6Let sit for 30 minutes more. Then bake at 425 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
