Turkey stew. Made with leftover veggies. The veggie list is what I had leftover when I came up with this recipe. If served with other sides its enough for 4 servings. Alone 3 large servings.

Brown turkey.

Add peppers, onions, and seasonings.

Add green beans or veggies of choice like asparagus.

Cook until veggies start to soften.

Add soup. No water unless it looks like it needs it. Cover and simmer until done.
