1.In large skillet or wok, heat the oil. Sauté onion until it begins to soften, then add ginger, garlic, and crushed red pepper, and sauté for 1 minute. 2.Stir in the greens, stir fry for 1 minute, then add thebeans. 3.Cook covered until the greens shrink in volume, about 1 -2 minutes. Then continue to stir fry over medium-high heat until the greens are crisp-tender and the beans are heated through. 4.Season with tamari sauce to taste.
