Cook ground turkey first in separate pan

chop green peppers into small pieces

chop onions

peel and chop carrots

Chop whole head of cabbage

chop celery

Cover veggies with 64oz low sodium tomato juice, I like to use V8 low sodium

Chop, and mince garlic

empty contents of 1 pack of lipton onion soup mix, generic is fine.

Top all ingredients with enough water to cover the vegetables. Cook on high until carrots are tender.
