fliud ounceswater to cover veggies, may need more or less
Steps
Sequence Step
1Cook ground turkey first in separate pan
2chop green peppers into small pieces
3chop onions
4peel and chop carrots
5Chop whole head of cabbage
6chop celery
7Cover veggies with 64oz low sodium tomato juice, I like to use V8 low sodium
8Chop, and mince garlic
9empty contents of 1 pack of lipton onion soup mix, generic is fine.
10Top all ingredients with enough water to cover the vegetables. Cook on high until carrots are tender.
