1Brown meat w/onions and garlic, add tomato sauce and simmer at least an hour (I sometimes add italian seasoning and red pepper flake). Add tomato paste, then simmer another 1/2 hour. During that time, mix cottage cheese, egg and some off the moz cheese with parsley and put in fridge. Also, cook pasta. Once it is ready, assemble sauce, pasta, cottage cheese mixture, sprinkle with moz, then sauce, repeat until done ending w/sauce on top. Bake covered with aluminum foil for 45 min-1hr at 350.
