Mix melted coconut oil, sugar, stevia, and eggs in a bowl. fluff up coconut flour with a fork, then measure coconut flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon into a sifter and sift into wet ingredients. Mix will until smooth and fold in pecans. (will thicken as it sits.)

Bake in a 375 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until fork comes out clean and tops spring back when touched.
