In a large sauce pan and little bit of water simmer chopped garlic, onion and green peppers. Add spices to taste (ex. salt, pepper, oregano, basil. After they are soft add ground turkey to pan and break with spatula while cooking.

Start to boil pasta.

After meat is completely cooked drain off oil and liquid. Add tomato paste, 1 1/2 cups water, and spaghetti sauce.
