Sift the flour and cinnamon into a large bowl. Add the sugar and stir to combine.

Place the eggs, butter (melted) and milk into a jug and whisk to combine. Add liquid ingredients into the dry ones and stir until just combined. Stir in 3/4 of the ricotta and strawberries. Place heaped tablespoons in each muffin case.

Top each muffin with pieces of remaining ricotta and strawberries.
