Heat griddle to medium high place corn cakes on griddle cook on one side the cake on the side touching the griddle will start to look a little done. Lift the cake on one side to monitor cooking to make sure you don''t burn them. Turn them wait 2 minutes and then press so the cake puffs. When it puffs it is ready.
