Combine nuts in bowl; add water and let site overnight or until soft.

Blend nuts and coconut milk until smooth; add banana and cinnamon.

Blend all together until smooth; should look like cream of wheat.

Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until hot. Serve. Makes 4 cups. Refrigerate left overs.
