Mix cottage cheese, herbs, olives, eggs and 1 tbsp of flour. Set aside.
In large skillet, saute zucchini, onion, and garlic in the butter, stirring frequently for 10 minutes or until squash is wilted. Stir in salt, pepper and remaining flour.
Spread half of mixture into shallow, baking dish. Top with cheese mixture, spreading evenly. Layer with remaining squash.
Bake at 350 for 30 min or until firm and golden brown.
