1Preheat oven to 350.
2Prepare 8x4" baking pan with cooking spray and flour.
3Mix dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
4In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients.
5Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until evenly moistened.
6Spread batter into prepared pan and bake for 55 to 60 minutes. The edges should be golden brown and pulling away from the sides of the pan.
