Sunflower combined with coconut oil and molasses/honey, Pink Himalayan salt for the fullness of all flavours and finished with the addition of chia seeds.

Add sunflower Seeds to processor

Blend for a few mins until nuts and seeds change from coarse till it eventually becomes a fine flour.

Process some more until the mixture turns crumbly, and then process some more until it starts to stick. Don''''t panic, this is normal.

Add the coconut oil as the crumbly mixture starts to heat up slightly so to help release the oils from the nuts and seeds.

When the mixture breaks down and starts to become smooth, add sweetener, Himalayan salt, and then the chia (and/or other seeds).

When all ingredients are thoroughly blended and mixture is smooth and buttery, pour out into mason jar or sealed container.
