Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Generously butter and lightly flour 3 8" x4" loaf pans

In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients. Stir.

Add zucchini in half cups and stir by hand with a large spoon.

Add in applesauce, eggs,stir.

Add in raisins, sunflowers,pumpkinseed, chocolate chips. Stir.

Mix very well with rubber scraper or wooden spoon. Set aside.

Pour 1\3 batter into each prepared pan.

Put all pans into oven, on middle rack. Bake 45-60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

Remove from the pans or set aside and let cool and slice. Each pan yields 12 slices.
