| 1 | Melt peanut butter, honey and coconut oil in saucepan. | 2 | Remove from heat, add oats and chocolate chips. Stir until well mixed and chocolate chips are melted. | 3 | Spread into 9 x 13 pan lined with foil (or parchment paper). Refrigerate 1-2 hours. Cut into bars. Store in fridge. |
