1Cook brown rice ahead of time and keep handy. In a blender or food processor, grind Fiber One to a breadcrumb-like consistency and set aside. Next, crush the TVP so it is about the size of tapioca. Add 1/3 cup boiling water to the TVP and set aside to soak and cool. Next, add 1/3 cup boiling water to oats and set those aside as well.
