Mash bananas in a bowl or my favorite way is a food processor or blender for a smooth consistency, then add the applesauce and stevia.

Add the rolled oats and the quick oats and raisins and stir until well combined.

Scoop the batter (about 1.5 tablespoons each) onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press down on the mounds with a spoon to slightly flatten.

Bake the cookies until slightly brown (about 15 to 20 minutes).
