Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray pan with non stick spray

In a bowl, mix the dry cake mix with the milk and butter. Measure out 26.9mg of batter in each spot in pan. Place remaining batter in the fridge.

Place in oven for 8 mins

Remove brownies from the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips. Pour caramel over the chocolate.

Remove batter from the fridge and gently pat 26.9mg in your palm to make a square shape to cover caramel sauce.

Bake an additional 16mins

Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving. Also place in fridge to help the caramel really set up which makes for easier serving.
