SET your one to 350F.
Grab foil muffin cups. Spray. Set Aside.
Crack eggs and set aside egg whites.
Chop spinach. Chop cherry tomatoes. Chop any additions you''d like to add.
Combine, almond milk, egg whites and salt pepper.
Equally distribute veggies in cups, then eggs, then , veggies.
Cook 15-20 minutes. Make sure to poke the center with a toothpick. When it comes out clean they''re done.
