Roast garlic whole drizzled with 1 T oil
Sauté. Onion and pepper on 1 T oil until soft. Add turkey and sauté until no longer pink. Stir in spices and flour. Add 4 c of broth.
In blender purée garlic with 1 c of broth and half of the beans. Add to meat mixture. Cook 10 min. Add remaining beams, milk and lime juice. Heat through.
