Pit, peel and chop butternut squash.

Peel, core and chop apples.

Peel and dice onion.

Peel and chop carrots.

Peel and mince garlic cloves.

Add ingredients to crock pot. Pour veggie broth over vegetables and season.

Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours, until vegetables are tender.

Either transfer to a blender or use an immersion blender and blend until fully combined.
