Steps
Sequence Step
1Pit, peel and chop butternut squash.
2Peel, core and chop apples.
3Peel and dice onion.
4Peel and chop carrots.
5Peel and mince garlic cloves.
6Add ingredients to crock pot. Pour veggie broth over vegetables and season.
7Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours, until vegetables are tender.
8Either transfer to a blender or use an immersion blender and blend until fully combined.
9Optional: Top with shredded parmesean and/or croutons. Serve warm.
