Steps
Sequence Step
1Melt light spread in sauce pan over medium heat
2Stir in flour until blended
3Slowly stir in milk, stirring constantly Cook until bubbly.
4Stir in cream cheese. Stir until blended.
5Stir in 1 cup of grated cheese, stir until blended. Lower heat and keep warm.
6Cook fettuccine according to package directions, using no salt or fat. Drain pasta, return to cooking pot.
7Stir cheese sauce in sauce pan, then pour over cooked pasta, stirring to coat pasta. Divide evenly among 4 plates, top each with some of remaining grated cheese. Serve immediately.
