Melt light spread in sauce pan over medium heat

Stir in flour until blended

Slowly stir in milk, stirring constantly Cook until bubbly.

Stir in cream cheese. Stir until blended.

Stir in 1 cup of grated cheese, stir until blended.
Lower heat and keep warm.

Cook fettuccine according to package directions, using no salt or fat. Drain pasta, return to cooking pot.

Stir cheese sauce in sauce pan, then pour over cooked pasta, stirring to coat pasta.
Divide evenly among 4 plates, top each with some of remaining grated cheese. Serve immediately.
