Combine all ingredients except turkey and almond meal in medium sized bowl. If you want to taste the mix, hold off on adding the egg and adjust the spices until it''s to your liking. Then add the whisked egg.
2
Fold in the almond flour and turkey. If the mixture is too moist (it sticks to the side of the bowl, still), add more almond flour as needed.
3
Turn combined mix onto baking sheet. Form into a loaf. A loaf pan is not recommended.
4
Create a "topping" by mixing a combination of ketchup, Worcestershire and hot sauce in a small bowl. Spread topping on top of raw meatloaf. It may drip down the sides - that''s ok!
5
Put meatloaf into pre-heated 350 oven.
6
Cook time will depend on the height of the loaf; taller = longer (but juicier!). Cook for 30-60 minutes or until internal temp reaches 180.
