Mix 1/2 c warm water with applesauce in small bowl. Add yeast and allow to foam (appx 5 min)

Add water, oil, molasses and honey and mix well. Beat eggs and add to liquid mixture. Stir in yeast.

Mix together all flours and seeds and add a little at a time to wet mixture, mixing well. Add additional flour as needed to obtain a smooth dough.

Knead for approximately 10 minutes.

Transfer to oiled bowl and allow to rise until double in a warm place (approximately 1 hour)

Punch dough down and transfer to loaf pans (should make 3 loaves). Allow to rise again.

Bake at 375 for approximately 40 minutes or until loaf sounds hollow when tapped.
