add all the ingredients to a large pot. bring to a boil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Should not need much salt due to the canned ingredients. Bring to a boil and then simmer for a out 1-1.5 hours. enjoy. If you want you could add some type of linked sausage but if you do do not forget to add the calories
