1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. In a mixing bowl, mash the avocado and add the applesauce and egg. Using a whisk,
mash it up well. Stir in honey and vanilla.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the cocoa powder, oat flour, baking soda, and salt together. se
a whisk if there are any lumps.
4. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet, folding together. Chop dark chocolate into chunks
and stir into the batter.
5. Line a baking sheet with parchment and drop spoonfuls of dough leaving some space
for spreading onto the pan.
6. Bake for 7-9 minutes until the cookies crackle on top. Remove from oven and cool.
