1First start with the banana smoothie. Take your banana and slice it into pieces, about 1/4 inches thick and put them in the freezer when done.
2Add 1 cup of milk in the blender.
3Put 1 tablespoon of sugar in the blender with the milk.
4Add 3 ice cubes in the blender with the milk and sugar.
5Take your sliced banana and add it to the blender.
6Blend it until it''s pure and you can no longer see chunks of banana.
7After you are done with the smoothie you can start working on your toast. Place both slices of bread in the toaster and set it for 3 minutes.
8Once they pop out place them on a plate.
9Spread 1 tablespoon of strawberry am on each slice of bread. ENJOY
