Sequence Step
1Stir all the dry ingredients. Put water, oil, honey and brown sugar in sauce pam and heat. Add vanilla at the end. Mix together dry and wet ingredients and stir well. Spread on two cookie sheets and bake for 40 min stirring every 10-15 minutes.
