Put 4 Chicken Breast in Crock Pot (use Crock Pot Liner) and sprinkle an envelope of dry Italian seasoning mix on chicken. Drizzle with 2 TBSP of melted butter. Cook on low for 6 hours.

In a medium saucepan sautéed an onion (diced) and minced garlic with 2 TBSP of butter

Once onions and garlic are sautéed add one can of Cream of Chicken Soup (don''t add water) and an 8oz brick of low fat cream cheese. Stir until creamy.

Add an 8 ounce package of sliced Portabella mushrooms in cream sauce

Pour creamy mushroom sauce over seasoned chicken breast and cook on low for an additional 2 hours
