Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix together coconut flour, hemp protein and baking soda.
2In a separate bowl, beat eggs and add pumpkin, xylitol and vinegar.
3Melt palm shortening and pour into egg mixture while stirring to prevent cooking eggs.
4Combine flour and egg mixtures.
5Pour into loaf pans (I use glass) and bake at 350F for 60 min or until done.
6Allow to cool briefly, then remove loaves from pans by inverting pan over your favorite cooling surface.
