Cook the pasta separately and keep aside.

Heat olive oil and throw in the garlic. Saute for a minute, then put the carrots, beens, mushrooms and peas. Saute till half-cooked.

Meanwhile, chop the tomatoes into large pieces and throw them in.

While the veggies are cooking, drain the pasta and keep it ready.

Add pasta to the vegetables and mix well. Check salt. Add oregano.

Add chopped blue cheese.
