1Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add cinnamon and nutmeg if desired. Store in an airtight container (like a mason Jar). Mix 1/3C dry mix with 2/3 cup water, microwave for 3 minutes, stirring between minutes. Sweeten as desired (maple sugar, brown sugar, maple syrup, etc.) Try with bananas, blueberries, nuts, or any other additions you like.
