Into a large bowl,add all dry ingredients,as well as prunes and craisins

In a small saucepan,add coconut oil,peanut butter,and honey or maple syrup.

Cook on low until just boiling. Remove from heat.

Add contents of saucepan into dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Prepare a 9x11 pan by lining with waxed paper. Pour into pan and level with spoon. Cover with another piece of waxed paper. Smooth with hand.

Refrigerate for 30-45 minutes until firm. Remove from pan onto a cutting board and cut into 10 equal rectangles. Store in individual bags or in a tupperware container.
