Bring water to a boil

Slowly add pasta. Stir constantly until water boils again. Cook about 8 minutes or until tender. Do not overcook. Drain well. Set aside for Step 5.

Brown ground beef. Drain well.

Add onions and cook for 5 minutes.

Add spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, pepper, and italian seasoning and pasta. Mix gently.

Divide all ingredients equally among steam table pans. Heat in oven until 160 or higher.

Evenly divide cheese and sprinkle over pans. Hold for hot service at 135 or higher. Discard leftovers.
