Place fish in plastic bag or coverable dish. Pour marinade over fish. turning fish so both sides have marinade on them.

Place marinating fish in refrigerator. Marinate from 4 hours to overnight.

Place a frying pan over medium low heat. While pan heats remove fish fillets from marinade. Discard marinade.

Add 2 teaspoons of a high heat tolerant healthy oil ( MCT, Avocado). Add fish fillets. Cook 5-8 minutes per side. Longer if needed. Cook to internal temperature of 140 degrees.
