Slice Radishes, mushrooms, fennel, and tomatoes.
Chop celery.
Mince garlic.
Place celery, fennel, radish in a bowl. Lightly salt and toss. Let sit for a minute.
Add mushrooms, tomatoes, and cucumber to the bowl with the celery, fennel, and radish. Toss.
Add garlic, 1 T olive oil, squeeze 1/2 lemon over bowl.
Stir to combine.
