Chicken & WIld Rice Soup- by : Scrappy
Suate chicken, onions, celery & carrots. Add water for broth. Add mushrooms & wild rice. Simmer until rice is done about 30 to 40 minutes. Add a splash of parsley flakes and sage. Add 1 package of instant potatos & 2 cups of fat free half & half.

Cream Cheese Cranberry Salad- by : Scrappy
Mix softened cream cheese, sugar, grated orange peel, orange juice and cinnamon. Mix in nuts, pineapple, coconut and marshmellows. Fold in cool whip. Chill & serve.
