Mix bran and fruit; add milk. Let mixture set a few minutes. Add vegetable oil and egg; beat together. Stir in flour and baking powder. Spoon into greased muffin pans (use vegetable spray or paper muffin cups). Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes 12 muffins. | |
