First make the basic pizza crust. Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar. Add salt, olive oil and flour. Knead 10 mins. Let rise 1 1/2 hours. Press crust into oiled Texas sheet cake pan. Sprinkle with parsley, oregano, basil and Parmeson then cover with toppings. Start with tomatoes and then add other ingredients on top except for Mozzarella. Bake 20 at 425 degrees. When pizza is almost done top with mozarella and melt. | |
