this recipe is made with 1 1/2 cup almond meal or ground almond flour and 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup white sugar. 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1 cup of oats and 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of walnuts. mix together. than mix 1 cup of applesauce, 2 egg whites and 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla and 1/4 cup of water. than mix ingredients together
