This is from a recipe book that came with my moms fondue set circa early 1970s. Ive had it written on a note card for years; it doesnt really have instructions/cooking times and serving amounts.
The recipe calls for a pound of shredded cheese total: 2/3 lb. of gruyere and 1/3 lb. of emmentaler (but emmentaler is not in database). Also, two loaves of French bread are recommended, for dipping. | |
