6oz. uncooked lasagna noodles whole wheat 1 (12oz.) package firm tofu, crumbled 2 Eggs 1/4 tsp. salt 3 Cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1 1/4 Cup parmesan cheese 2 cloves garlic minced 1 1/2 Cup sliced mushrooms 2 small sliced zucchini 2 Tbsp. milk 2 Cups spaghetti sauce 1 Tbsp. dried parsley 1/4 tsp. black pepper 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg 1 tsp. italian seasoning 1 1/2 Cup ricotta cheese 1/2 pack (10 oz.) frozen spinach thawed and drained
