Ive been pondering and researching recipes for a savory muffin that is primal, uses little flour, a modest amount of egg and mainly a vegetable(s). Im sure that I will make revisions to this (Im gonna cut the oil in half next time and increase the pumpkin by 1 tbsp) but I will share any positive changes I make.
