High Protein & Energy Snack: Im gravitating towards the Paleo Diet, so I created this recipe out of a desire to eliminate those expensive & so-called "nutritious" protein bars. I dont want all of the processed carbs that are hidden in them because quite honestly, they arent that healthy. These are really tasty, & my whole family loves them. I recommend making them fairly small & bite-size, as they can crumble a little if youre biting into them. Freezing them keeps the messiness down, but they wont spoil if left at room-temperature.
