Ive seen different versions of black bean cakes and brownies all over the internet but the two biggest problems I had with the recipes I came across was they either barely had any black beans or all black beans but the texture didnt look quite as appealing and most recipes called for about 2/3 to 1 cup sugar more then what I had used!
So last night in my brownie craving state I decided I was going to come up with a black bean brownie recipe with more beans but a traditional fudgy brownie texture and to try and reduce the sugar down. | |
