| 1 | In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients and form a well in the center. | 2 | Beat egg whites and yolks seperately, and add to flour mixture. Continue by adding the remaining wet ingredients to the flour mixture and stir well. | 3 | cover and refrigerate the mixture overnight. | 4 | Add blueberries the following day. Pour mixture into muffin tins. Bake for 15-20 min. in 400 degrees. Yields approx. 5 dozen muffins. |
