In a large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients and form a well in the center.

Beat egg whites and yolks seperately, and add to flour mixture. Continue by adding the remaining wet ingredients to the flour mixture and stir well.

cover and refrigerate the mixture overnight.

Add blueberries the following day. Pour mixture into muffin tins. Bake for 15-20 min. in 400 degrees. Yields approx. 5 dozen muffins.
