Toss all items, except lettuce, together in glass or plastic bowl. Be sure to include juice from when you cut tomatoes.

Let sit at room temperature for at least 20 minutes*. The steeping process, in combination with the salt, makes a lovely lo-cal dressing for the salad.

Wash and tear lettuce and put into separate bowls. Top each salad bowl with about 1/4-1/2 cup tomato mixture, including juices.
