Mix spaghetti squash, garlic, oregano, onion, pepper flakes, parmesan cheese, and eggs in a bowl.

Spread spaghetti squash mixture into baking sheet with sides.

Bake for appox. 30 minutes or until browned on top and solid. Spread tomato sauce, cheese and chicken onto crust. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until all ingredients are warm.
